A Management Team with a Strategic Vision

Cyrile Peyre: Principal
With 23 years of experience in education, Cyrile Peyre leads the Lycée with an approach focused on academic excellence and institutional development. Before taking this position, he was Deputy Director in Abidjan, where he directed the largest school in the AEFE network in Sub-Saharan Africa, with more than 2,600 students.
Its main objectives include:
- Maintain the high educational level of the high school.
- Expand the academic offering with innovative programs.
- Strengthen the institution's infrastructure and growth.

Alix Coffy: Director of Preschool and Primary Education
With 12 years of experience in the French education system and 5 years as director in Iraq, Alix Coffy assumes the management of preschool and primary schools with an approach based on safety, stability and pedagogical innovation.
Its main axes of work are:
- Create a motivating and safe learning environment
- Strengthen communication with families and encourage their participation.
- Implement strategies to improve students' academic progression.
Leadership Committed to Excellence
The management team works closely with teachers, administrative staff and families to ensure that the Lycée remains a benchmark in Panama.
Its main responsibilities include:
- Implement updated teaching methodologies.
- Encourage the continuous training of teaching staff.
- Develop educational innovation projects.

Board of Directors: Financial and Administrative Management
In addition to the management team, the Board of Directors, composed of parents, plays a fundamental role in the administration of the Lyceum. Among their responsibilities are:
- Oversee the budget and financial resources.
- Define strategies for the growth and expansion of the Lyceum.
- Evaluate infrastructure and modernization projects
Adeline Jimenez: Administrative and Financial Director
Graduated from international trade school with an additional master's degree in Public Administration - State Services and 15 years of experience in education, Adeline Jimenez came to the position of Administrative and Financial Director of the LFIP in September 2025.
Before assuming this position, she was Manager of Educational Cooperation at IFAL (French Institute of Latin America) at the French Embassy in Mexico and Administrative and Financial Director of a secondary school in France, in Cherbourg.
Its main objectives are:
- Accompany and facilitate all Lyceum projects for the success of our students with a focus on pedagogical innovation
- Consolidate the financial situation of the LFIP, an international establishment of excellence with more than 700 students
- Strengthen the infrastructure and growth of the institution at the administrative and financial levels
